Boot Scootin' Boogie!

Coyote Joe's, the self proclaimed country "Honky Tonk" club here in Charlotte has Ladies night on Wednesday nights, which means me and Anna get in FREE...and we are all about free. Coyote Joe's is a huge place, it's two stories, has several separate bars,  a ton of pool tables and what honky tonk club is complete without a mechanical bull? Its a pretty neat place, and it has a very chill atmosphere. Anyways as well as being ladies night, on Wednesdays they also offer free line dancing lessons. The lessons include three dances, a beginner dance, an intermediate dance and a couples dance. Anna and I have gone to Coyote Joe's several times over the last few months and it has proven to be an adventure every time we go. Since yesterday was her last Wednesday here we decided we needed to live it up one last time! We spread the word to our friends at work and made plans to go learn some line dances and have a good ole time.

After we rushed home to let our babies out, we hurried and got dressed, ate and hit the road to get our boot scootin' boogie on! When we got there Anna, Austin and I learned the beginner dance together. As soon as we finished learning, giggling and practicing the first dance Lee and his wife got there. The night just got better as it went on. Us girls continued back on out to the dance floor and learned the next line dance. After we made fools of our selves we joined the boys back at a table and spent a while chit chatting and everyone (other than me since I'm not 21) had a few drinks.

Some how we ended up going over to the mechanical bull, Anna and Lee rode the bull, then apparently we started a trend cause then a whole bunch of people started coming over to ride the bull. While we were over there watching we were cracking jokes and taking silly pictures so we had something to remember our crazy Anna before she leaves.

And what good night out at a bar doesn't end at Waffle House... None I tell you None! So of course we took our tired, hungry behinds to Waffle House and filled up on greasy fatty food. I am sooo glad we went and enjoyed a night out on the town with Anna Banana before she heads off to Virginia.
