I have the worst possible luck when it comes to winning drawings, contest and giveaways...I literally never win! I mean never ever! So sometime last month I noticed there was a huge wedding photography giveaway going on for any wedding in Columbia during 2014. The giveaway is from Very Important Date! Photography, and several other sponsors teamed up to add to the amazing giveaway. The moment I saw it I thought "wow, that would be awesome, but there is no way in hell Cole and I will win that, cause lets face it I have awful luck." I was actually hanging out with my maid of honor when I first saw it, she insisted for me to enter, and I honestly contemplated entering it a few times cause I just didn't think I would win in a million years.
Well a month later (as in yesterday) I opened my email and saw two emails in my inbox from the woman who runs Very Important Date! Photography, the first one was a general mass email to all the people who entered, informing us who won the giveaway, and the second one was a congratulatory email to me informing me that we had won the giveaway! I seriously re-read the email like 10 times before it sunk in that we just won an amazing wedding package! To be honest I am still in shock, but a very happy, very thankful and very excited shock! I am excited to work with these vendors and sponsors over the next year or so to make our vision come to life for our perfect day.
