Busy/Crazy/Hectic First Week

        So in five days I have moved, semi-unpacked, and started classes...along with all of those things come a lot of stress and plenty of errands to run.

        Cole and I have moved completely into our new house we are renting...We still have some unpacking and organizing...which I have found is much, much harder with a smaller place. You seriously learn how to utilize every space. Our new home also seems to have a few issues with it, which we are trying to iron out with our Realtor...but it has been difficult to do because of the weather and our schedules. Hopefully these issues will be handled quickly.

         Classes started yesterday. I am looking forward to this semester, it should be a good transition back into school. I have already dropped a class...partially out of laziness (it's the only class I had on Fridays...and he gives night exams on Friday....uh no thanks) and partially out of better planning. A better class is offered next semester and I would be short on hours next semester if I took this class this semester. I am really looking forward to having no classes on Fridays, it is the first time, and probably the last time I will ever be able to swing that!

         All I have left to do is finish unpacking....buy my books...organize my textbooks...and start on homework that is already being assigned...Let the semester begin! Only two semesters stand between me and walking across that stage to get my diploma!

       On a side note...the first Clemson Football Game of the season is in NINE Days...I cannot wait!!

Time for Change

This weekend is the beginning of a year full of transitions for me.

I am wrapping up my last few days at my co-op, and packing up my life here in Charlotte.

Saturday I move into the house in Clemson that Cole and I started renting at the beginning of this month.

I start my last year at Clemson in a week.

I have to take the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam to get my Certification as an Engineer in Training.

I have a major time consuming design class in the Spring.

I graduate in May.

Hopefully, I will be able to find a job quickly next summer.

All the while Cole and I will be planning our wedding

I am sooo glad I will have Cole's support through all the transitions and changes.

I am beyond excited to enjoy this year finishing my last year of Undergraduate Studies, and my first year living with the love of my life!

This  year is going to be one for the books.

 

By the way...Keep an eye out over the next few weeks, there will be a few posts coming up of our new home!  I am beyond excited to start organizing and decorating the house.



July Family Vacay

I know I have been MIA lately, I have been neck deep in summer school, moving and working full time...

I  just wanted to stop in and share some photos I took. 

My family spent a week down on Folly Beach in Charleston, South Carolina. 

My sister came with her three little girls,

My brother made it down from Pittsburgh, along with My Gram

and of course my parents were there as well. 

Most of my pictures are of the little girls because I was specifically asked to take pictures of them per request of my mom and Gram. 

My nieces are just to darn cute! 

I am so happy I had the opportunity to photograph them all week
